Making The Time To Listen Then FixBefore founding Intec Plumbing, our director rejected the stigma (however accurate it was) that most plumbers don’t have time to field questions from their customers. Intec Plumbing was built to provide top-quality plumbing services, but also to make Perth property and business owners feel heard, and their plumbing-related anxieties answered. In this way, we sought not just to fix the physical issue, but the underlying one, too. This was exceedingly important to us because we built our business on the back of our word. When we told our customers we were going to fix a problem, we wanted to be sure we were fixing it long-term and not just offering a temporary band aid. We truly believe most jobs can be completed quickly, professionally, and all while making the time to communicate and listen to our customers. We’ve worked with this focus on communication and transparency since our inception, and it’s quickly grown to encapsulate not only our point of difference but our entire philosophy as craftsmen, too. |  |

It became something important for us to change. Important, because without advancement in technology, methods tend to stay the same - and that’s the case for plumbing, too. We wanted to offer something new that has been tailored to their needs and something that pushes the envelope in terms of a better outcome. For us, it became a bit of a passion. Our push for plumbing innovation became just a part of our greater company mission: to make property ownership in Perth a stress-free endeavour.
